The theme for Uncertain States Issue #31 was ‘TRANSFORMATION’. This issue featured the essay ‘Shooting Pains’ by Ken Cousins and the work of photographers Alessandra Rinaudo, Cara Macnally, John Goto, Katrin Joost, Ken Cousins, Kim Shaw, Paul S. Smith, Simon Dent and myself.
